The purpose of the Reach for Home Transitional Housing Program is to provide opportunities and support for Participants to work toward self-sufficiency, independence and permanent housing. Participants work with a Program Manager to help them access resources and services that will help them make necessary changes in their lives. Further, the Program offers Participants the opportunity to develop a good credit history and positive rental history, to gain self-confidence and to become self-sufficient.

Who is eligible for services from Reach for Home?

  • Individuals and families who need rental and utility assistance

  • People who live in one of these four cities: Healdsburg, Windsor, Cloverdale, Geyserville

Inclement Weather

If you live in Windsor, Healdsburg, Cloverdale or the unincorporated areas in-between the L & M Village emergency referral process offers access to options. Please see below for inclement weather guidelines. Call 707-433-6161 for more information.

Inclement Weather Guidelines (based on accuweather)

A forecast of overnight temperatures dropping below 28 degrees for two consecutive days; or

  • A forecast of overnight temperatures dropping below 32 degrees for three consecutive days or more; or

  • A forecast of temperatures dropping below an average nighttime low of 37 degrees for two consecutive days with accompanying hazardous conditions; and/or

  • The National Weather Service issuing a cold-related warning including freeze, cold or frost warnings.

Reach for Home partners with St. Paul’s Episcopal Church (209 Matheson St, Healdsburg, CA) to provide shower services.

Shower Service Schedule: 

Tuesday 10:30am - 4:00pm (hot soup lunch also served all day)
Wednesday 2:00pm - 4:00pm
Friday 10:30am - 3:30pm

Cloverdale

Reach for Home partners with Redwood Gospel Mission to provide shower services at Living Water Church (450 S. Franklin Street, Cloverdale, CA).

Shower Service Schedule:

Tuesday 11:00am - 1:00pm
