Reach for Home
The purpose of Reach for Home is to provide opportunities and support for Participants to work toward self-sufficiency, independence and permanent housing. Partnering with numerous organizations, we help people in North Sonoma County who are struggling with or at risk of losing housing.

Your donations can help unsheltered community members return to permanent housing and self-sufficiency. Donation dollars will provide much-needed case management and mental health services, interim and permanent housing, transportation, and supplies.

Volunteers make this work possible. They serve on our board of directors, serve on board and event committees, provide nutritious meals for Street Outreach and Interim Housing program participants, and much more!
